About Gilat Ben-Dor
Gilat Ben-Dor, MBA, CSW
Mosaic Pathways’ founder Gilat Ben-Dor is no stranger to the world of global communication. Having lived on four continents and grown up multi-lingual, she brings her own diverse background to the programs at Mosaic Pathways. With a background in both corporate and educational sectors, she has vast experience creating and delivering original curriculum, including cross-cultural workshops in Asia.
Gilat Ben-Dor is a professional speaker, author, consultant and entrepreneur, “walking her talk” as a professional presenter. In addition to her work with the business community, Gilat is an adjunct professor at two respected universities, teaching a variety of communication and presentation skills coursework. Her background includes positions in human resources, training and development, higher education and consulting.
Gilat Ben-Dor has spoken at national conferences, corporate and association events, university commencement ceremonies and in a variety of seminars and training environments. She is a professional member of the National Speakers Association (NSA), and is a member of the Arizona chapter’s NSA Board of Directors.
Gilat is also a longtime member of Meeting Professionals International, a global organization specializing in successful meetings and other face-to-face communication events.
Gilat Ben-Dor holds an MBA in Global Management and a Certificate of Mediation. She is the author of three books about passionate living, and has contributed a chapter to an anthology book representing the nation’s (U.S.) top 101 motivational speakers.
